Specific Projects Ltd is a forward-thinking multi-services company based in Sussex with over 35 years of experience covering a variety of business sectors.
Our company comprises of three divisions, each designed to focus on specific areas within the construction industry. This structure promotes specialist expertise within those areas. Due to the diversity of the projects and being involved from the very start, enables us to deliver a successful project at the most competitive cost.
All correspondence is channelled through our Management team ensuring an efficient response, avoiding delays, loss of time and added cost.
Our sites are Project Managed from start to finish. The work of our tradesmen is overseen by our long-standing Site Managers who keep a close eye on standards of workmanship and check the work is completed to the client’s satisfaction. Our Refurbishment Division includes:
- Industrial/Commercial sectors
- Street lighting/furniture
- Painting & Decorating
- Joinery
- Dry lining and ceilings
- Suspended ceilings
- Ceramic tiling
We also work very successfully with Architects, Surveyors and Construction as shown below.

Maintenance Division
Our team are qualified and highly skilled in an extensive diversity of industries and therefore equipped with the knowledge and expertise required to carry out a variety of services, to repair and maintain your building, focussed on customer service, safety, quality and reliability.
We have also been involved with assisting London Underground in maintaining the tube station infrastructure.
