Specific Projects Limited is a Sussex based company with over 40 years’ experience within the commercial, industrial and private sectors. Our expertise and knowledge are concentrated into three separate divisions, these being construction, refurbishment and maintenance. Ensuring we deliver a professional cost effective and time managed strategy, from initial concept through to completion, we pride ourselves on our business approach, identifying customer requirements and implementing them accordingly.

We carefully manage each project individually, ensuring we work professionally, responsibly and safely and ensuring we never compromise our business ethics, these are essential components of who we are as a leading contractor.

We offer a high level of service throughout each project which is supported by our BS ISO 9001:2015 certification, acknowledging that we operate a quality management system and therefore meet the needs of all our customers.

Construction is a very diverse industry that is always changing and as a company working within this industry, we continually incorporate changes that will benefit our company and most importantly our customers.

Specific Projects Limited are committed to delivering a quality project to all our clients. We ensure that sites are consistently managed by our competent team to provide a clean and safe workspace.

To reinforce this commitment a quality management system (BS ISO 9001:2015) operates throughout Specific Projects Ltd. The effectiveness of this system is monitored by planned internal and external audits, management reviews and effective corrective and preventative action. All personnel are aware of the quality management commitment and are all encouraged to demonstrate their involvement to the system, through continuous support.

Environmental Policy

Specific Projects recognise the need to operate their business in a responsible manner and are conscious about the future. We are committed to providing necessary financial and personnel resources as our Environmental Policy states.

To show our dedication to prevent pollution, minimise environmental impacts and to develop a culture of continual environmental improvement, we are registered with The Environment Agency under regulation 28 of The Waste (England & Wales) Regulations 2011.

We are currently seeking ISO 14000 Environmental Management.

Health and Safety

At Specific Projects Ltd we regard Health and Safety as a main concern. Our staff are all trained to industry standard and to our company standard, regularly partaking in Health and Safety training. Additionally, our Health and Safety Manager visits each site we work on to ensure the quality is to our satisfaction and to British Standards ISO 9001:2015
